Flow tests are extremely important when purchasing a rural property with a well. This test is done to confirm that the well produces a sufficient amount of water for the home. It should help determine if there are problems with the core itself, pump, storage tank, or other equipment.

This is an inexpensive test, but one that should be done by a licensed contractor with the Ministry of Environment. Holmes Water Wells is able to perform these tests for your next home purchase, and we service all forms of water wells, well pumps, and pressure systems.

He was upfront and honest about timelines as the business was busy. We where looking at 12 weeks before a new well could be drilled. A week or so later, Sean messaged early in the morning advising of a cancellation and  he could drill well that day. They came that day and did the well over 2 days. New well has great recovery. Since then it's been working great! Could use the hose (which I haven't be able to use in years)! Very polite, and tentative- made sure to explain things afterwards. Would recommend!
